Patch Notes 1.16 - Halloween Event

Halloween Event

The alignment between the world of the living and the dead has arrived! Starting today, it will be possible to overcome the veil of mortality to rescue as many pumpkins from the sinister harvest as you can! That is, if the icy touch of the dead doesn't reach you first! HAHAHAHAHA!

There will be two types of event:
- Individual event with two daily entries for vip accounts and one for free
- Server event that will be held three times a day (5am, 10am and 3pm - PDT)


Brotherhood of the Coast Missions

Dozens of interactive missions have been added that will be offered by Madame Valerie in Port Rackham. These missions will be random and a new challenge every day. Completing these missions will reward you with a series of prizes and an exclusive costume from the local pirates.


Outfits

In this update we will have 2 new outfits for each class.

Pirate: can be acquired from a sequence of daily tasks providing services to the Brotherhood of the Coast in Port Rackham. Daily tasks will be given by Madame Valerie. The outfit is added to all subclasses of the character.

Halloween: sold exclusively on our website store and for the duration of the event!

Halloween Archer Outfit: We would like to inform you that, based on the feedbacks received regarding the presentation of the outfits, it was decided that we will work on including elements and all Halloween Archer outfits, even those that are already in play, will be updated. This does not mean a remake, its essence will be maintained.


Training system

Now, players will be able to use Donncaster's training ground to evolve their attacking skills. This same system can also be used at houses.

Check out some details:
- To start a training, just click on the target and stay within the attack distance of your weapon;
- The character's idle time in training is 60 minutes;
- During training there is no consumption of mana, arrows and weapon durability;
- During a train, your stamina is regenerated because it is a protected area;
- There are two types of scrolls that speed up your training;
- To activate a scroll, the action of using it on the dummy is necessary;
- House dummies provides a 10% bonus, and serve only one player;


House features

We are working on several functions to bring utility to houses. In this update, we will have a chest with a function that shows your bank, and dummies for training. Soon we will have more options, such as a coat rack to change looks, functions related to the professions and much more!

The house dummies will be unavailable during the first moments of this update. A small inconsistency was found and as soon as possible the item will be released in the store for normal operation.


Keyring

An item that allows the player to add all the keys he has. You can also manage the keyring, removing keys if you need to.

To add a key to the keychain, you must click “use” on the key and then on the keychain. To manage the keyring, just right-click and click "examine".

Hunting instances

We added 4 new hunting instances for the Shellshire island. These are the Beebeetles, Scholobeasts and Basilisks, Orcs and Varanus.


Survival arena reward

When you reach the minimum score to receive at least one reward chest, you will also receive a training scroll.


Experience sharing system

This system has undergone a major change, where there are no longer any limits for sharing to exist.

If the level difference between the highest and lowest is within the 2/3 rule, the distributed experience will be equivalent.

However, if a group with higher level intervals is created, the bonus per class will exist and the experience will not be regular. Each player will receive an amount related to how much their level represents in the total levels of that group. Let's look at this example:

A group with a level 20 player alongside a level 80 player, who will defeat a creature that provides 1,500 experience, will distribute 300 to the first player and 1,200 to the second.

The formula is this: Experience provided * character level / total group levels


Buying potions and arrows

It is now possible to buy arrows and Super potions in Shellshire


GENERAL

- Added some items for players to recover at NPC Belchior
- Fixed problem in the mission box “No love, no gold”
- Ghostly Amulet reworked to work properly
- Falcon Plume no longer hits through the blocks
- Fixed a Divine Healing bug where the light weapon bonus was not applied
- Added ores in the second part of Varanus' Lair
- Added loot for Orc Warlord
- Fixed Bestiary that did not show the progression of some creatures
- Fixed loss of experience for players in Solomon Fingers
