Problem with dark orb

There is a spell for dark orb but there isn't a dark orb on start so the spell is useless beacuse it can't be used.
Please add dark orb coz it destroyed my character and i can't use the spell

Dark orbs are more rare in the game.

So how i can get them there isn't any info about it. Is it possible at start of game with 3 lvl?
