missing codices for Gathering all the codices

I have a problem with quest "Gathering all the codices". I had like 6 codices and deleted 4 of them becuase i thought its same item. I found a spoiler which say they are 8 diffrent codices and where i should find rest of them. I cant collect previous one, because npc want all of them now. Im stuck at 2/8 codices and cant pick them anymore. I cant complete the quest now. Any chance to reset it or allow to click quest item on ground and pick up again?
