stamina problems

can you do that you can togle your "happy hour" stamina thing? i usually go mining, and then when i want to actually get some lvls with some friends i just dont have any more green stamina cause i used it all in the mining with mosnters with 50 exp .-. pleaseeee
i dont even understand about your stamina thing, you dont want us to keep playing? only for 2 hours and thats it...
