FPS problem??

Hi i have problem with FPS on this game...
When i skill on dumy and no1 is around or no1 is doing anything around i have max 120 fps but when i hunt i try to get as much as i can monsters around my fps go to 20-30 when i use my spells my fps go down to 10 or less. I play shaman almost 300 lvl and playing with this kind of issue is very problematic. When i try to open big map my game client freez and many times crash... When I go floor up or down it freez also.
I play a lot of games like counter-strike:GO, League of legends, Fortnite, Final Fantasy XIV, Flyff, which have higher req for playing and i dont have so big problems with FPS lost....
My specification:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz
8 GB RAM
NVidia GeForce GTX 960M
Win 10 x64
If someone have any advice or tip how can i get more fps and have fun from game it will be nice
