IMPORTANT FEEDBACK: Adding Equipment Upgrade and Rework of Rare/Epic/Mythic/Legendary Items

At the moment there is a big unbalance in the game (especially in PvP at higher levels), but in PvE also(e.g. mage have almost 0 armor - he is so weak).
First thing is that rare etc. items have almost 0 value (excluding weapons and shields). They are very hard to loot and THEY ARE VERY BAD.
Max mana for barbarian? No, problem. Res dark 1, res fire 2 in legendary armor on 80 lvl? Why not.
THESE ITEMS WERE PROGRAMMED VERY POORLY. They should give a REAL VALUE but now they are just useless. They need to be fixed.
One of the most important things is that THEY SHOULD GIVE ARMOR IN EQUIPMENT. Why are they rare and don't give you additional armor?
Also, fix amulets and rings. E.g. if you drop rare ring of haste II it should give you e.g. 28 velocity instead of 24 or something like that. Now, this is just different color...
Second thing - why you can only upgrade your weapon? This make the game very unabalanced. There should be an option to upgrade your equipment!
You can make a weapon up to +9. But the situation is so bad even if you have weapon on +3-+5 especially as a barbarian on lvl ~70+. You can kill almost everyone SOLO at similar level. Not to mention, group fights when you die in one second from just TWO people...
And why is that?
Because as I said, bonuses are worthless and you have BASIC EQ against upgraded weapons.
SOLUTION:
There should be an option to upgrade equipment also! Not to mention that the game would be so much better!
The grind would be awesome knowing that you could drop epic armor with good bonuses and then THERE IS A REASON TO GRIND FOR MONEY to upgrade that armor, helmet etc.
Economy in the game would be so, so much better. There would be so many builds that you could play. Now? Only useless items that you sometimes can't even sell to NPC.
Please, guys take this into account.
Why you add new PvP areas and new big hunting areas when there are basic things that are just broken (btw, the guild system still isn't there...)?
