Sorry for your disappointment but this information was on site from the beginning of April when Easter skins came out.

Well this was very misleading then.

If purchased by the end of April, the outfits will come with bunny ears. At the end of the month, they will be available without the ears in the store. It is not possible to add or remove them later. The costume is purchased exclusively for one character and not for everyone on your account.

Should had been mentioned which store, in-game or on the site. Also they say they will be available without the ears, but it's not just the ears but all classes had something easter related, so that what they mentioned was wrong.

I thought all the time it was on the place where you originally bought the outfit and that was on the site.

Should not say new outfits when they are not, old outfits which we're modified a little.
