Bloodstone The Ancient Curse

Hello, is there a chance to get the sacred arcane ring II or power ring III that gives power to many elements? I've seen these on some players. Can anyone explain why each monster drops a ring only with one element?

Only the bestiary deals with drop information.

I will picture my question. Why are the multi-element rings not obtainable from monsters, but they are still in the game?

I think these rings doesn't exist anymore.. they use to come with 2 ou 3 elements on early 2020.. now they changed it to only one element. The only ring that has the 3 elements is the one that dropped before that change.
