We identified a bug caused by the last update and immediately worked to fix it. We communicate that all accounts that exploited the bug on purpose, directly or indirectly, will have their accounts banned. We emphasize that several accounts have already been banned and we will ban others in the course of the reviews, that being said, if you can't log into your account, you've probably been banned for this issue. For the well-being of the game, always report bugs as soon as they are identified.
