Server drop compensation

We had instability on our servers caused by some kicks that harmed the player' experience. Valuing the satisfaction of our customers, we decided to reward those who were harmed.

Those who purchased VIP accounts before the instability will receive an extra 5 extra VIP days, plus 250 crystals.

To whom the character died as a result of the falls, will receive a single scroll against the death.

The experiences will be compensated for each death caused during the period of the mentioned falls.

The experience will be compensated automatically, while the Scroll will come through the “redeem” button in the Store window (inGame).

And we are adding ways to ensure that there are no losses from server lag deaths.
