Rules of Conduct

You will accept these rules when you register

The Rules of Conduct may be modified by Streamy at any time without notice.

These rules of conduct act in conjunction with the Use License Agreement.

Streamy reserves the right to terminate your account if you breach any of these rules.

Streamy recommends that you read the Rules before creating your accounts.

If you find any groups or players that break these rules, please contact us through our Support Center.

1. Misconduct

2. Inappropriate Language or Behavior

   1. 1. You may not use inappropriate, offensive, obscene, hateful, illegal verbal language intended to threaten, insult, mock or ridicule other Streamy players or employees.

      2. You may not post, spread or transmit any actual personal information about other Users (name, address, telephone, account name, password, etc.) or any other data that may harm the privacy of other Users.

   2. Discriminatory and / or violent behavior 

      1. You may not promote any distinction, exclusion, restriction or use of language and terms that discriminate, humiliate, insult, harm or spread hatred towards other players based on ethnic, political, religious, economic, social, cultural and other issues.

      2. You may not join, organize, or be a member of any group whose purpose and foundation is based on a sexist, anti-religious, unethical, homophobic, racist philosophy that advocates drug use or promotes any form of discrimination and violence.

      3. You will not be able to advocate behavior considered extreme in real life, including (but not limited to) violent acts, torture, trafficking, sexual violence, crimes and others.

3. Toxic behavior
   1. Kill Steal(“KS”): Despite getting in the way, it does not prevent the player from playing or choosing hunts other than the instanced hunts. So it´s not considered an infraction.
   2. Player Trap and Quest/Bosses obstruction: In cases of path trap, or other actions that prevent the player from continuing their progress in quests, access to Bosses or common displacement on Optional-PvP servers constitutes an infraction and the violator will receive a warning and will be teleported to the temple. In the case of PvP servers, traps where the player has no options to attack whoever is blocking the way constitutes an infraction. In case of recidivism, the player will receive a 3-day ban. If the player insists on the infraction again, will be permanently banned.
4. Disrespect to the staffs 

   1. 1. Game Masters can be identified by using the [GM] tags before their respective nick. Should any GM contact you in the game environment, you must follow all past instructions.

      2. You may not promote any distinction, exclusion, restriction or use of language and terms that discriminate, humiliate, insult, harm or spread hatred to Streamy employees based on ethnic, political, religious, economic, social, cultural and other issues.
      3. You may not insult, offend, humiliate, harass, use ironic, sarcastic, joking comments or abuse a member of the GM team or other Streamy employees while performing their duties. If necessary, the GM team member may take any temporary action it deems appropriate with the player to maintain order.
      4. You may not make it difficult or stop the work of the GM team or other Streamy employees.
5. Misconduct - Guild
   1. Your guild may not use trademark names that are registered or related or that convey any offense, philosophical thinking that promotes discrimination, sexist, anti-religious, racist, advocate for violence or drug use and others.
   2. Your guild cannot use names that make identification difficult.
   3. Your guild may not use names that may confuse other players, including but not restricting the use of tags such as GM, Tester, Suport, Staff etc.
   4. Your guild cannot promote any distinction, exclusion, restriction or use of languages and terms that discriminate, humiliate, insult, harm or spread hatred towards other players based on ethnic, political, religious, economic, social, cultural and other issues.
   5. Your guild cannot be organized whose purpose and foundation is based on a sexist, anti-religious, unethical, homophobic, racist philosophy that advocates drug use or promotes any kind of discrimination and violence.
   6. Your guild cannot advocate behavior that is considered extreme in real life, including (but not limited to) violent acts, torture, trafficking, sexual violence, crime and others.
   7. Your guild cannot participate in in-game practices that compromise other players.
       Threaten and / or try to bribe other Players and / or Guilds with money.
   8. Power abuse: Kill other players that are too low level to intentionally harm you.
6. Inappropriate Name
   1. 1. You will not be able to name a character with obscene, offensive or apologetic words (drug use, racist, sexist, anti-religious, unethical, homophobic, racist, xenophobic) / nicknames that can be interpreted as hateful or revolting.
      2. You may not use special characters or symbols to make them difficult to identify.
      3. Name must be at least 3 characters.
      4. If you find any characters with names that fit the rule above, you need to contact us through our Support Center.
7. Representation
   1. You cannot impersonate another user.
   2. You may not impersonate any Streamy friend, relative or employee.
   3. You will not be able to create a character in the game that can be confused with tags created or used by Streamy. This includes (but is not limited to) tags starting with Streamy, GM, Support, Tester, Staff, etc.
   4. It´s not allowed to share your account or characters with other people.
8. Irregular Ads
   1. You may not perform marketing or commercial advertising (for real money) within the game.
   2. You can not do marketing, advertise or market unofficial Bloodstone software, websites and server services.
   3. You may not create, divulge or share any links or propagate websites, forums or groups that use client modifications, bots, macros, or other third party programs, as well as proven servers, hack, viruses or malicious programs in general.
   4. You may not disclose the existence of a procedure for misuse of the system. We encourage you to report all such bugs, bots, macros, and  procedures immediately through our Support Center so that we can apply appropriate punishments to Users who violate the rules.
   5. You may not post links or advertisements that direct other players to content (websites, forums, or groups of any other media) intended to promote subjects to the detriment of the game.
9. Irregular Activity
   1. You may not modify any part of the Client or Bloodstone file to alter the functioning of items or the game in general to benefit any game character or account.
   2. You cannot use or benefit any character or account in the game through the use of irregular programs, for example: BOT, Macro, Trainers, Hacks, etc.
   3. You may not directly or indirectly use or benefit yourself or others with any type of bug for improper use of the system.
   4. You may not use modifier systems to duplicate items, coins (Golds) or Crystals within the game.
   5. Streamysofty reserves the right to punish and / or exclude items and / or accounts illegally originated in the game. Since the abuse of a known bug and / or discovered during the game without notice or compensation.
   6. You may not interfere with, hack or decipher any transmission from the Bloodstone servers in order to benefit character or game account, duplicate items, golds, crystals, experiments. Such as or harming other players, disclosing personal information or in order to interfere with any experience within the game.
   7. You cannot do any real money marketing. This includes, but is not limited to, virtual items, characters, coins, and personal accounts.
   8. You may not run any programs parallel to Bloodstone that may make changes to the game, such as Bot, Macro, or any program that changes the normal game experience and functionality.
10. General Rules
    1. You cannot share your personal information within the game. You are fully responsible for all actions taken on your account.
    2. You must follow all team instructions (GMs) when in the game.
    3. You may not intentionally omit or give false information when registering your Bloodstone account.
    4. You may not send the same or similar messages repeatedly (flooding / spam) in any game communication.
    5. You may not stream on the server any copyrighted content you do not have. If the holder or legal representative of the rights to a particular product name, image,  vicon, symbol, logo or trademark complains to Streamy about the name of some character or guild, using the name or ark belonging to such holder or representative, The user will be subject to the penalties provided in the Punishment Table.
    6. You may not mislead a member of our team (GM) or other Streamy employees while performing their duties, making false reports, misrepresentations, false allegations, false requests, etc.
    7. You may not transmit, send false information about any type of subject with the intention of benefiting from items, coins, crystals, promotions, events or any products offered by Streamy.
    8. Streamy, as the owner of the Bloodstone: The Ancient Curse Software, reserves the right to change the operation of any items, such as character abilities and attributes, game mechanics without compensating the account for the change. The changes can be “snorting” (items that have had their attributes improved) and “nerfed” (items that have had their attributes decreased) to ensure a good balance and functioning of the game.
    9. Aiming to secure accounts, Streamy reserves the right to prevent users' accounts on a preventive basis to investigate any suspected irregularity. Check the punishment table for details.
    10. Punishments range from deleting items, blocking accounts for a period ranging from 3 days to 30 days, to permanent account blocking. Check the punishment table for details.
