Refund Policy

A purchase made can be reversed within 7 days as long as it follows the following rules, as some items and / or services are tied to the character and cannot be reversed:

1. Crystals
   • The crystal has not been used in that period.
2. VIP Account
   • The VIP account has not been used in that period, that is, has not logged into the game.
3. Costumes
   • Not having used the costume being reimbursed for that period. When the costume is purchased through the website, it must be redeemed within the game. If the product was not redeemed within 7 days, it can be refunded.
4. Packages
   • You must follow the rules for each item within the package.To request a refund, it is necessary to send a Ticket to our support, selecting the “Purchase” category, informing the purchase ID. If the user complied with all the rules, the amount will be refunded by the payment intermediary. If a successful dispute order is placed without following the refund rules, the account will be blocked.
