Patch Notes 1.22

NEW

Easter event

Brave adventurers! Once again you are called upon to fight to save Easter! Oriel Oster needs bold people to retrieve the Easter eggs that the annoying grabbits stole! He promises great rewards for this heroic effort, so what are you waiting for? Lets go to Easter Land!

Easter costumes and new companion

In the 2021 edition, you will be able to purchase Easter costumes again. In addition, there are three new companions (addons) obtained in different ways: one that can be purchased at the website store, another that can be purchased with points from the event and the third is exclusive to the best of the Easter event ranking!

Collection of decorative items

Several new items have been added to the Easter collection! Others from the previous year also return.

Ranking - Easter Event

Our event this year will have a super contest! Players who stand out in our ranking will receive super prizes! Are they:

Awards for all servers (general ranking):
1st place - Gold rabbit trophy + rabbit addon with golden armor
2nd to 5th place - Silver rabbit trophy + rabbit addon with golden armor
6th to 10th place - Bronze rabbit trophy + rabbit addon with golden armor

Items are tradables.

Informational Guards

Now, the guards of the cities of Donncaster and Oakendor have functionality to inform the inhabitants about points of interest, marking the map of each one that requests support.

Seals

With part 2 of the bestiary available, you will find a window in the Encyclopedia that will present the seals! With them, you will take advantage of the experience gained in fighting against that creature, to bring extra benefits in the next battles!

New home utilities

New utility items are now available for homes. You will have access to costume exchange, anvil, furnace, market, post office, weapon repair and refining services.

Smart cast

This new system allows your skills to be launched as soon as you press your respective shortcut towards the location where the mouse pointer is. You can use it immediately, or keep the shortcut pressed for as long as you want.

Usage is optional and you can turn it on or off in the Options menu.

Quick travel missions

Two new missions have been added that allow you to take quick trips. These are routes that guarantee greater agility when crossing the marsh of Oakendor, the Danmori village of Centaurs in the Wilderness and the Uhl mountain range in Ely.

Shellshire Cemetery Instance

We added a hunting instance to the Shellshire cemetery.

 

IMPROVEMENTS

Relearning your skills with the Whittstorn Troubleborn Trainer

You can now relearn your skills freely up to level 30. After that, the trainer offers only one service per character.

For this update, all characters will have the chance to relearn their skills, due to the balance.

Restrictions for access to areas and missions

We have reviewed some locations and missions and adapted them to the indicated requirement level

Bestiary Tooltip

It is now possible to view the description of the loot items that are displayed in the Encyclopedia window

Client improvements

  • Improvements were made to client optimization
  • We updated some window fonts for better viewing
  • We changed the number 7 of the verification window to better differentiate the number 1

Hunting Places

  • Shellshire Cemetery has been expanded and now has a new floor with a greater number of Spectres
  • Geosseth and Carapace Isthmus had drastically reduced creature spawn times

Anti-lag system

This system received updates to prevent its improper use. Now, as long as your character is protected, his cooldown times are frozen. This time is recovered when the character disconnects. In addition, we’ve made applications to prevent this from being done on purpose

Improvement in the description of some skills

We are working on improving some skill descriptions. Feel free to send new feedbacks indicating other improvements

Protection against throwing items on the floor interacting with another window

This system will be activated to protect you when you move an item to an interaction window, and for some reason it will throw that item out of it. This will not work if you throw the item directly on the floor

CHANGES

 

General

  • New potions and elixirs have been created for level 150. They are for exclusive use by Knights and Barbarians
  • The mana barrier ring has no class restriction

 

Classes

Archer

Double Shot

  • Created a skill level 3

Critical strike

  • Skill level 2 has mana cost increased from 90 to 220

Precision

  • Skill level 1 had mana cost increased from 40 to 160
  • Skill level 2 has mana cost increased from 60 to 300
  • Cooldown increased from 60 to 180 seconds

Multiple Shots

  • Activable skill has been turned into passive
  • Number of creatures hit increased from 4 to 5
  • Damage done to secondary targets increased
  • The attack range for secondary targets has been changed to 3 tiles from the primary target

Sticky Shot

  • This ability has undergone changes in PvP operation, maintaining the traits against creatures.

Hunters Healing (NEW)

  • With this skill, experienced hunters are able to heal their wounds, recovering hit points.

Vampiric Shooting

  • Attack ability has been turned into support
  • Completely removed the effects of damage and life theft
  • Life theft increased from 5% / 6% and 8% to 6% / 7% and 10%

Piercing Shot

  • Increased area, starting to reach in cone shape
  • The ability has a 20% / 25% / 30% chance of bleeding targets hit for 6 seconds
  • Bleeding is capable of potentiating the life-stealing effect offered by Vampiric Shooting

Rain of Arrows

  • Slightly increased overall damage
  • Area increased from 3x3 to 5x5
  • Damage done to secondary targets increased

Annihilation

  • The ability now has the effect of distributing its initial damage, reaching up to 7 targets. For each target the initial damage is reduced, so when you hit only one creature, the current total damage is not affected
  • Skill load time reduced from 2 to 1 second

 

Barbarian

Smash

  • Created a skill level 3

Bloody Whirl

  • The ability has a 10% chance of bleeding targets hit for 6 seconds

Colossal Strike

  • Cooldown reduced from 15 to 13 seconds

Fury

  • Activable skill has been turned into passive

Vampirism

  • Skill level 1 has mana cost increased from 30 to 85
  • Skill level 2 increased mana cost from 45 to 170

Fear

  • This ability will no longer be canceled due to damage caused by conditions such as bleeding or the like.
  • The ability will no longer be used on the target, and can reach up to 3 creatures that are positioned in front of you.
  • Effect duration reduced from 6 to 4 seconds

Command Scream

  • Skill level 2 no longer has limited life points gained
  • Skill level 1 modified to 200 fixed health + 6% of maximum health
  • Skill level 2 modified to 300 fixed health + 8% of maximum health

Fulminating Spin

  • Slightly increased overall damage
  • Added a third instance of damage
  • Cooldown reduced from 25 to 20 seconds
  • The first instance of damage, bleeds targets hit in a 3x3 area for 6 seconds

Knight

For this class, we work on improving the functioning of the blocking effects from the use of shields, making their defense more consistent.

Precise Cut

  • Created a skill level 3

Stab

  • Increased damage
  • Can be used on target
  • No longer provides improvement in subsequent damage

Provoke and Intense Provocation

  • Causes ranged creatures to approach the Knight during the abilitys effect

Unbeatable Armor

  • Created a skill level 4

Cursed Magic Defense

  • Created a skill level 2
  • Skill level 1 improved to reduce only 80 points of physical defense
  • Skill level 1 had mana cost increased from 30 to 140

Boomerang

  • The ability now deals damage in a 3x3 area, with damage to secondary targets reduced by 60% / 65% / 75%

Brutal Fervor (NEW)

  • When using this ability, your strength is increased while your movement speed is reduced.
  • At skill level 1, your strength is increased by 10%, while your movement speed is reduced by 40%.
  • Skill level 2 your strength is increased by 15% plus a bonus based on your one-handed skill, which can reach up to 20%, while your movement speed is reduced by 40%.

Horizontal Cut

Summoning Swords

  • The ability can no longer be activated through prolonged damage (such as, burning, electrocuting, etc.)

Target Protection

  • The skill can no longer protect itself

Rain of Swords

  • Cooldown reduced from 20 to 18 seconds
  • Skill level 2 now inflicts a new instance of damage
  • Skill level 3 now deals two new instances of damage

 

Mage

Hurricane

  • This ability starts to cause a levitation effect to the affected targets. This effect prevents the target from moving for 0.5 seconds

Air handling

  • Created a skill level 3
  • Skill level 1 improved to add 22 air attack points + 20% the value of your black magic ability
  • Skill level 2 improved to add 37 air attack points + 35% the value of your black magic ability
  • Skill level 3 adds 55 air attack points + 50% the value of your black magic ability

Fire handling

  • Created a skill level 3
  • Skill level 1 improved to add 22 fire attack points + 20% the value of your black magic ability
  • Skill level 2 improved to add 37 fire attack points + 35% the value of your black magic ability
  • Skill level 3 adds 55 fire attack points + 50% the value of your black magic ability

Manipulation of darkness

  • Created a skill level 3
  • Skill level 1 improved to add 37 dark attack points + 35% the value of your black magic skill
  • Skill level 2 improved to add 55 dark attack points + 50% the value of your black magic skill
  • Skill level 3 adds 85 dark attack points + 65% the value of your black magic ability

Arcane Barrier (NEW)

  • When using an arcane barrier, a shield is created and the magician is able to absorb 200 + 3x his level of magic damage taken.

Meteor Blast

  • The total time to deal all your damage has been reduced from 4 seconds to 1.8 seconds

  • Physical damage resistance changed from + 10% to 0%

Cannibal Voodoo

  • Physical damage resistance changed from + 10% to -10%

  • Earth damage resistance changed from 0% to + 50%

Infected Black Cojurso

  • Earth damage resistance changed from 0% to + 50%

Spectre

  • Earth damage resistance changed from 0% to + 50%

Venorchid, Vombie, Savage Troll, Orc Shaman, Troglodyte Druid, Swamp Golem, Ancient Ent, Infected Willow Tree

  • The spike prison ability now has a 30% chance to apply stunning. The duration time of the effect has been reduced from 2 to 1 second

Wind Elemental

  • Removed the stun effect caused by your Storm ability

Earth Elemental

  • The creature is now immune to stun

Fire Elemental

  • Basic attack changed from fire to physical
  • Earth damage resistance changed from 0% to + 15%
  • Water damage resistance changed from -20% to 0%

Cocatriz

  • Stun time reduced from 3 to 1 second

 

BUGS

  • Tutorial writing correction
  • Fixed conversation with Sir Igniz, who prevented progression in the mission
  • Fixed issues that made it possible to remove skull inappropriately
  • Fixed the sequence of the mission that prevented progression in the Fountain of Youth mission
  • Fixed an issue with the Resonarium mission keys
