New integrated maps and dimensional portals

In the next update you will have access to new integrated maps, accessible through new dimensional portals, such as Blood Minotaur and Ophidian Suzeran. These maps are made up of blocks that recombine, so that one hunt will never be the same as another! The portal map on the easy level changes with each SS. As for the other difficulties, each time a portal of this type is generated.
